I can be there on Tuesday with my list. However, if Chris would like to give Steve and I each a diplomacy point he can gain control of the territory as well as gaining a diplomacy point for gaining that territory. Dark Elves are notorious for getting a draw and ruining people's plans!

Also, what are the rules for this upcoming turn?

TURN SEVEN - The Season of Their Discontent

You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world

The line between patriotic fervor and revolutionary discontent is a thin one apparently. The people are getting pretty dang tired of all the political crap going on - armies marching everywhere, alliances forming and dissolving, territories changing allegiance every turn, no action on any health care legislation - When Will It All End?? The government is broken and now is the time to toss that tea into the harbor!

After all moves are made and all battles resolved but before calculating Political Influence points, 3d6 randomly determined territories revolt. If there is an army present in that territory then the revolt is ruthlessly crushed and the player earns a battle point. If there is no army in that territory then it becomes a Free Territory.

Again, players may place up to 4000 points and all 4 political markers.

This is the next to the last turn. The final turn will be on March 18th. With the Megabattle on the 28th, we will not have a turn on the 25th but can use that time to finish up any battles pending from the 18th and prepare for the megabattle.
