I would absolutely love to start learning fantasy, I should have at least 1500pts of wood elves but I'm not really savvy on the rules.

Neb: I'm more than willing to help teach you.
Hardihar: Yeah, that is a big event. Though with four players at minium I'm sure that we can menuver in some times that are best for all parties involved to play at.
On a side note when's the WHFB torunoment at carange going to be held if you know? Same day and time as last year?

Warhammer Fantasy Campaign-Conquerors of Atupal / Introduction by Alfland Koch, Scholar of the Imperial College of History, Department of Odd Events
Among the various legends of the Old World, where fanciful reports of flying castles, exaggerated reports of rat tailed mutants in the swearers and thousands of other tales, there is one that has proven to be true. That is the tale of Atupal, the sailing island. There are many origins to the island, none are proven, but they might provide insight into the recent events that have transpired.
One of the oldest myths associated with the island that it did not in fact start as an island, but as a city or land on a continent. The tales vary, from being the lost land of the Lizardmen, to a princedom of ancient elves. More recent tales have it that it’s a realm of pirate necromancers or barbarians of the north, using it as a base to launch raids against the good people of the Empire. The likeliness that these any of these tales or any combination are true is highly unlikely. But what is fact is that the island is real and that men shed blood for the treasures of that land. In Imperial Year 2521 the island of Atupal came to a halt on the coast of Nordland. This was of great shock to our fair empire, from the lowest peasant who saw this as a sign of the end times (as if they didn’t jump at the sight of bad storm thinking a storm of chaos had come), to the ranks of the colleges of magic and church of Sigmar. As soon as the island was identified as Atupal expeditions were raised from across the old world to explore the island.
As it was, there were forces beyond the old world and this island was to be soaked, not just by the sea spray but also blood. So the final story of Atupal is told, the final truth to this legend.

this campaign follows the same rules as a normal Mighty Empires campaign with the following changes. - Forge World books are allowed - Event changes Roll 2D6 when determining what event befalls your empire. Remove number 2 and replace with new number 2. New Number 2= Plague: you lose 3D6X10 gold pieces for that turn only. New numbers Number 9= New Path: You may make two separate challenges this turn. Number 10= Sea route: You may attack another player’s port. Number 11= Magical Artifact: You may give one of your characters a magic item from the common magic item list or from that army’s book worth up to 70 points. Number 12= Generals Choice: The general has free choice of any event to choose from.

Mercenaries & Monsters In addition to your army, you may select up to an additional 25% of your points for an additional force. This can be either an allied army, chosen from the forces of good or evil depending on which army you play, or a non-aligned force (including Dogs of War). Or a selection of scrolls og binding from the Storm of Magic or Monsterous Arcanum books. These are forces that had chosen to join your army out of common cause or intrest. If you choose to have an allied army please note that it follows the normal Warhammer Rules for army selection, except it needs only one unit instead of three. Also the Allied army can only be taken in armies of 1750 or more points. To counter act the addition an opposing army is allowed to take an additional amount of troops of equal point’s value. Also in the event of a plague the player must choose which force he’ll lose the points from. So as an example… Rob has an army worth 2000 points, he decides to take an allied army. He goes with Dogs of War and decides to get a hero, a core unit of pikemen and some duelists. He adds the 500 point addition to his 2000 point force. Preset terrain The campaign map will start with preset terrain. - Points categorization Each player starts with a port and gives 500 points to the starting army, this can be captured by the enemy giving them a boost in points value. For every additional hex piece that a player controls that player may add 100 points to his list. This is before the special rules for the pieces kick in. The maximum size of an army is 3000 points. - Objective of the Game The objective of the Campaign is to get up to 16 pieces of terrain. Once a player has achieved this all the players have a final battle to determine the winner of the campaign. This is a no hold bards fight against each player and the player with the largest force via points at the end will be the winner. The prize being bragging rights.

Hey folks I just wanted to post that I may of left one of my movement trays in the basement earlier tonight. It must of been after I was cleaning up after those battles me and neb had.
Also Neb, if you need any more deamons mini's for a game I've got about 120-144 points of bloodletters and a hellflayer of slaanesh. And I just remember that your seekers of slaanesh could of had a 6+ armor save because of them being a mounted unit.
