800 point armies again this week. Lets try for two objectives on each side of the table just to mix things up a bit.

That would be interesting on such a small board. but i need a better armor rating to face panzers, panthers, and tigers (oh my) head on lol. it will be interesting to see what i can come up with.

Hopefully, we won't see many big German cats at 800 points. The King Tiger list Will took last week can be great against a tank force but it might have problems against infantry. Two objectives will change the game. You can't just park a King Tiger on the one objective and dare folks to come close.

Yep, come prepared for facing a king tiger new Steve. I'm sure to cover 2 objectives with my king tiger. I like to play balanced list. That's it. I'm coming to triple play with the same force I beat Temis with. If it worked on him. I'm sure it will work again.
Then my track record has been that I have not played the same force all the time. So maybe I bring my big daddy killer or I play with my pioneer company.
You never know what Willy Wonka is going to do. I have a special army list for New Steve. It want be any Wonka Bars with a golden ticket. It will be a Army list based on what I think can win against my opponents style of play.
So bring what you want. I will be ready.

Oh you mix up the composition but the army is about the, given the limited selection of you own you really can not help it. Basicly when I play you in a battle I prepare to have lots of anti tank. The King tiger is an extra problem but there are ways to deal with it. Maybe I will briing Russian sappers, maybe Russian Flame throwers, and maybe something compleatly diffferent  Oh and maybe the Crocs ;D ;D ;D |

I gave you a shot Temis. I was hoping you missed and then I get a shot on your 3 tanks. The gamble worked because I took one of yours out. Then you crawled out of your tanks waving a white flag. Saying this has to be the most boring game of FOW I have played. I surrender.

I was reading the rule about low hills. when the turret is still visible. The tank is concealed. You can still shoot.
They had 3 examples in the rule book showing the same set up we had when we rolled the dice to settle the dispute.
If we looked at the rule book. We would have not had a dispute. Its plain as day that we both had a shot at each other.

Saying this has to be the most boring game of FOW I have played. I surrender. I was bored We played12 -13 turns( may be more) and I hadn't had much to do but move and fire a few shots. When you dug in your pioneers in the woods It became clear to me that you would not not move in to finish the game until the situation was perfect (I would guess that would not be until one of my platoons failed a morale check and ran). It might have happened in the next turn but but then again it might not have not have. We might still have been there the next morning waithing for me to roll a 1 on an armor save. So I bailed and found another game to play Congrats on your wonderful victory ;D |
