It should since now they will not be able to just field 3 squads of 10 corsairs and have the rest of their army be all monsters. Or in my case have three 80 pt chariots as my core and the rest monsters lol

Well it will get rid of my dragon unless I remove some of his gear. Or I cam just put him on a cold one and now I have the untouchable lord lol.

Yeah my dwarf army is pretty much unaffected by the new force org. system but I will need to do sme major work on my beastmen army.

Does anyone know if the boxed set is being released at the same time as the rulebook? GW is saying that the new rulebook will be available for pre-order on the 15th.
Sean, is that true for your distributors as well? Can we pre-order from you as well?

That's a good point Ross! If no items or upgrades, that's a few engineers - also with the changes to the magic system, it will be less necessary to take a scroll caddy (I think specifically of the rumor (is it confirmed?) that dispel scrolls only add dispel die) so we can shift over to the other heroes instead.
Now if only we could get a lord-level engineer..... maybe get to call in a bombardment a la Space Marine Chapter Master?
