go-go pick up games!

So i ended up missing out on the con tournament due to some unforeseen events, but that doesn't stop the fact that i'd love to hit up some 2k point games. I spent a lot of time getting ready for that tournament and would like to at least field the list i wrote up for it.

Thursday and Friday are really the only days that work for me as far as work. I do not work Sunday and that would be fine for me as well.

For those who don't know, I field Sisters of Battle.

Dude, honestly the number of different rules for this army is almost overwhelming. We have different rules for the same named model even. (Celestians in Command Squads are not Celestians ~nod~)

So our game tonight made me realise that my list is heavily flawed against one big thing. I know I listed it off at our game, but I will make sure to say it out loud. I HATE ANY DEPLOYMENT OTHER THEN TABLE SIDES. haha I knew you were going to slaughter me when Dan said how we were deploying. My list has too much ground to cover in a deployment like that. I did however take a look at Dominions. I do not morally agree with them (I am still in denial about how one dimensional sisters are right now.) but I came up with two separate lists using them. I plan on pounding out a few games with Dan over the next week or so. Think you will be up for a rematch next week?

Another big weakness my army has is the fact that I could not pop your storm ravens. Immunity to melta? Destroys sisters, I don't care what anyone says. My big plan is to rip open anything i want with melta and send in the repentia to kill whatever is inside (and they will do it.)

On that note I would love any more games I could get during the week. I might be able to duck out early on Wednesday and can do a quick game on Thursday. And as long as my boss isn't in a bad mood I can get Friday off again. I would like to lower the points to 1750 for the games this week.

P.S. I will be proxying Warriors for sisters with the lists i came up with. can't get new models until my next pay check (assuming i can find any more )

P.P.S :3 Dan and I have our lists for the doubles tournament. Would anyone be interested in a match or two before the tournament?
