Question On Scarabs,Wraiths, and D. Lords

So in the necron FAQ they say that scarab swarms and wraiths, despite moving as jetbikes they are still classed as infantry. Does that mean they could run if you wanted them too?

and on another note, Does that mean a Necron Lord with the Destroyer Body still counts as Infantry and could run if you wanted him too?

I don't know why one would want to cause apparently you can't do anything else after turbo boosting, but could you?

Per the GW rulebook, it could be argued. INAT FAQ says they cannot, so I would generally say to play it how the INAT says unless where you're playing it at has their own house rules in a binder.

It would be kinda funny to turboboost run then assault but dagnabbit those rules not letting you do that lol

They couldn't assault after they run anyways, due to lack of fleet.
