Hey guys I'm making a squad of Flayed Ones out of warriors. It's a Pretty Simple Conversion, take off the gun make them look hunched over. Toss some Green Stuff on to them for skin... paint then add blood.
Well in my case instead of Green stuff I used Crayola Modeling Foam. It's got an interesting texture when you stretch it out that looks like cracked skin.
As for the Blood I tried a bunch of different things out, and found that mixing regular White Glue (Elmer's) and some paint makes this pink goop that drips, pools, and gets a little stringy then turns the color that I mixed into it once it's hardened. Making this Wet Slimy Red oozing off their blades and such.
