Warhammer Fantasy Roll Call

Let me try something different... since I don't seem to have much luck lining up games by just posting a date and time I'm available.

I thought it might be better to take a roll call of who is interested in playing Warhammer Fantasy, what day/times work best, what army (or armies) & point level you like to play. I know 40K is the game of choice at Triple Play, but if you feel like playing something different or just want a diversion once in a while, then let me know.

I'll start this off....
Thursdays after work (3:30 usually) work best most weeks, I have a 2000pt Skaven and hope to have a 2000pt High Elf list in the future.

BTW, I chose 2000pt for my list since it seems alot of tournaments are geared toward it. One podcast talked specifically about what a good level that was due to the fact that you couldn't take all the toys and really had to make some hard decisions about what was important. I know I had a hard time squeezing in two abominations (just kidding, I don't even have one).

If anyone needs to borrow an 8th Edition Rulebook, I have a spare mini-rulebook from the Island of Blood.

Well, I can usualy do Thursdays if you want too get a game in, and whatever points you want works for me. Just let me know. Would have been in today but got called in too work

Jeff now that the 40k campaign is over me, ill happilly fit in some fantasy games. if you can get up to 2500 points( and i think that 2999 is probably the sweet point for this edition) that would be cool.

I'm going to sit on my Orcs & Goblins until the new army book comes out, but when it does I'm sure I'll be up for some games!

I would probably be interested in some weekend games (can't make weekdays due to school and travel time) every once in a while. Right now I can field up to about 3000-3500 pts of VC, maybe 4000 with a bit of stretching...

Haven't played an 8th edition game yet but reviving interest in WFB sounds like a good thing.

I would like a chance to actually use my Skaven and try 8th. I can get to 2000pts with at least one army.
Thursdays are good for me and Sundays starting in March.

I could do weekends.

I can field roughly 3500 points of Empire and 2500 of Beastmen

Ben and I also got a buddy how is new to WFB who is using my old High Elf army. With proxies he can field 2500 game.

Chances are all three of us would roll together and car pool down. it would help to know in advance if ppl are around since it's roughly an hour trip
