Just posting to get another date worked up for Axis & Allies. There were four people total who made it on Sunday the 9th for WW2 mayhem.
We had a blast and I personally learned quite a bit more about game strategy from some pro's. Thanks to Rod, Chuck & Steve for playing and giving me some good pointers. I had a really good time and I hope you enjoyed it as well. I can't wait to play again.
Lets see what weekend will work out best for all. At this point, I'm guessing sometime in February might be the best, as I'm sure most folks weekends for January have filled up. How about, Sunday, February the 6th? Post away.

I would love to play again. I had fun. Maybe try the anniversary edition? I am not sure on Feb 6th.... as it gets closer...and depending on who is in the Superbowl! Maybe later in Feb? Just remember the 20th is the Descent Campaign.

Later in February sounds good to me. I can't do the weekend of the 12th & 13th. Perhaps the last weekend of February will work out. We can play A&A Anniversary and I just picked up A&A Europe 1940, which is a blast to play and there are quite a few new mechanics to add to the game. Either way, lets get some posts going and pick out a weekend.

Excellent. I actually just picked up A&A Pacific 1940, that combines with Europe 1940, to make the biggest A&A game to date. That, I really want to dig into, but will require more time than other versions, mostly becuase of the new mechanics. However, I will plan on bringing the Anniversary edition for the 27th, unless popular vote weighs in for the Global 1940 version.

I will not be able to make it for Sunday the 27th. I spoke with Rod last Sunday and it looks like the last weekend in March may be the best for another game of A&A.
Chuck and Steve, I hope that you can make it.
I should also be able to get two more people to play in March. If it turns out that is the case, then we can play Axis & Allies Global 1940. And at the very least, the Anniversary edition. Until next time.
