You may want to talk to tony about thursdays because of the Warmachine/Hordes games that go on then. You will probably be set because they use the tables downstairs, and even then, only one or two probably.

My current plan is to setup something up so I can enter goals/penalties and get a random list out so that i don't have to think about this to hard and keep the goals for each week a little bit more in flux. I had not really thought about length of the league. Chances are that it will probably be 6-7 weeks long for each "season".
I think the way its going to work currently is that there is going to be a 2 dollar entry fee. 1 dollar will be used for prize for the night and the other will be for "season" finish. This does mean that I will have to keep track of the points that people earn for a night and what they have for the season but oh well I think it will be more interesting.

Hey Brad nice to see you on the list again. There are things going on every night at Triple Play and no one but Matt stepped up to say they wanted a night. I have tried to stay away from Tuesdays(other magic crew) and Wednesdays(board game night) Friday is out cause obviously I am busy with other stuff and don't really want to run 2 tournaments every Friday.

Feel free to run it on tuesdays, last couple of weeks we've had 4 people show up and only ended up play testing. Plus, the dartmouth crew is probably going home for the summer so tuesdays should be pretty dead.

the weekends work out better for me since i am at triple Friday night and could stay at my brother apartment in le b that night. couldn't do the week days as i have to get up at 4am to go to work. plus doing it on the weekend would save me a 45 min drive down to triple play. everything else sounds good though.

Ya cooter I hear you there. I know Bradward would prefer Saturdays as well. I can move the gaming to then if people want. The only reason it is currently set for Thursdays is because Matt was the only one to respond. We really need people to give me responses on what the best day of the week is for them.
Contact me directly if you dont want people to know your vote. jdevoid101@yahoo.com just make sure you let me know in the subject its about the EDH/Commander league week day.

I would prefer a day during the week.
Kamahl gets drunk on the weekends and doesn't lead troops as well.

I'd still like Thursdays, but most weekdays would be fine for me. Friday nights and the weekend I tend to be busier, but I understand if that's the direction it has to go.

So is the plan still to have an event this Thursday? I'm almost definitely in if that's the case.

Currently we are still starting on Thrusday May 26th. Now to get my random goals together so that we will have the list for the start of the event.

I'm not going to be able to make it in this week again. I'll be in Washington, DC at a conference for work. Hopefully I'll be back in the store for the 30th.

Is the EDH league still going on, and if so what time do you start?
My son Peter and I are going to try to make it this week or next week. We had a great time playing at the release event for the five new Commander decks. I've finally finished a second deck, so we'd each have something to play besides the precons.

We are still rolling we start at between 6 and 6:30 on Thursday nights. Hope to see you at the events. It's more or less just a group of us getting together to play EDH, so no cost to enter at least for this "season".

OK, thanks. I don't get home from work until 6, but I could probably make it there by 6:30 or so. Hopefully it works out that we can attend next week.
