Just making sure everyone involved remembers. This Sunday we will be enacting the third installment, entitled: "How to beat a general." In Sunday's performance the part of Jeff will be played by Chuck (right?), Shaky Matt and myself will each play a hero, Rod will take up the role of the Falcon's familiar and Andy just plays himself.

Well, how did Descent go last Sunday? I hope the ship wasn't sunk again.

Nope...we actually sunk another ship! We chased the Siren off from the siege...and we trained. The Battle Mage picked up Inner Fire...adds range and damage.
And we are still ahead of Andy in conquest points!

As soon as I have the time, I'll post our campaign progress thus far on the online campaign tracker.
Chuck (playing the mage) was able to pull off the Chuck Norris move of the campaign thus far. The heroes boat was about to be sunk when he played a feat card that let him fly like 10 spaces, he grabbed the wheel of the monster boat and crashed it into some rocks! I definitely didn't expect that.
I was able to play out a second Lt. and my "plot" card which put 3 quest items on the main board. These quest items will be fought over between the heroes and the Lt's - I assume - in the next few sessions. If I collect and enable all 3 at a certain location then I get to raze one city at the beginning of each campaign week. ;D
Well anyways I predict the next session will be rather bloody. We also decided to go with the undying variant after last session. (Undying monster comes back on a 50% chance rather than 33.3% chance, but can only come back once. ) Even Robert was willing to change the rules after I began to roll another slew of consecutive undying rolls.
Merry Christmas to all.
Andy
