I'm hoping to make it to Board Game night this week.
With all this talk of Germans, Soviets, and Tanksgiving... how about joining all the WWII fervor with Memoir 44? According to Board Game Geek it's a short game (30-60 min).

I think we could get Mermoir there. It is a two player game, unless Amy or Matt wanted to set up an overlord scenario?
I thought they played Revolution the other day. Brad? Matt? or Robert?

Yup, Brad me and a third guy played it, but it was that third guy that brought it in (I forgot his name)
However, I noticed the other day that it is already at the store, Brad, and at 20% discount on board game night it should make a nice addition to your collection!

Robert, you already played Revolution so presumably if it is worth buying you should be the one who is enthused to do so. [My wife made me swear off purchasing anything until after Christmas. VERY difficult for me to venture into a bookstore or game store this season of the year.]
Anyone interested in Le Havre? I'll bring it and Dominion [all except those nice card display racks which I'd buy except that I mentioned them to my wife and therefore can't 'till the 26th], and Power Grid. Someone has to offer a pacifist alternative to the plethora of wargames.

Talked to Amy and she will bring Memoir 44'....and set up an Overlord Scenerio. So it should handle at least 6 players. I expect Chuck will play this, unless he is still to scared of Amy's mad Memoir skills!  |

Rick and Matt no worries. There was talk of doing more Memoir Matt. I am sure we can set up a full Overlord Scenario some Wednesday night. They had five playing last night.
