The format is Celestial Edition, with cards from Glory of the Empire up to Empire at War, the newest expansion, all legal, including any promos that became legal during that time.
The entry fee is $5, and all money raised will be turned into store credit as part of the prize support. Promo cards will also be given out to all participants, and there will be an extra prize for the highest finishing player taking part in their first tournament.
