Quick clarification about Curse of Years. It says to roll at the end of the following magic phase and the end of each subsequent magic phase: Does that mean every magic phase, including my opponents magic phase?

Yep. It's including your opponents magic phase. Note that it doesn't specify YOUR magic phase.
Also, as it is the first thing to happen after generating pool dice (or is it before?) it will get resolved before your opponent has a chance to dispel it in his magic phase. So basically if you cast it successfully in your round you're getting a minimum of two rounds of effect out of it. Pretty sweet.

Actually it's the last thing to happen. Check the spell description. They suffer a wound at the end of the magic phases. So you do have time to dispel before that happens.

I was getting it confused with the Flames of the Phoenix. Because you know, it's totally easy to get Elves confused with Vampires
