I am starting a Bretonnia army and I bought my first box of knights today to find that I had one extra horse body (for a total of 9) and was missing a horse head... So if anyone had an extra head lying around (probably could be something other than bretonnia as long as it isn't too evil looking), I could use one...

If you call GW customer service and report the missing part, they'll probably send you a replacement sprue!

If you call GW customer service and report the missing part, they'll probably send you a replacement sprue! This! GW has excellent customer service when it comes to replacing missing parts. They've always gone over the top and sent me more than I was missing. |

My buddy Nate had a single Vespid with a miscast leg. He could have probably fixed it with greenstuff, but he called GW and expected them to send out a single Vespid model.
He got an entire new box of Stingwings!

Yeah, I called GW and was thoroughly impressed. They are sending me some new horses, so now I will have some extra! Kind of amazing they just send stuff out no questions asked, though I am sure the free stuff they send out to people is calculated into the prices of their models.
