I'm new to the entire tournament league and just had a few questions regarding Friday Night Magic. I've built a few decks that I'd like to try at tournaments, but I'm not certain that they would qualify.
Can anyone give me some ground rules, or notes on how these are set up?
Thanks in advance, Adam

Friday night magic, is generally dradft. That means you buy 3 boosters and build the deck out of those. You use a process know n as drafting. Very easy to learn a and heck of a lot of fun. Considered by many to be the best way to play magic.

I'm also interested, as are 3 friends. The guy at the store yesterday told me about Friday Night Magic (and that they may have plans to change the format of the game-play), but it doesn't show up under "Events" on the website. I hope it's still happening.

It hadn't been happening regularly for quite a while, but it has started up again, though we're waiting on Wizards to start with official prize support.
