Yes, even as the German and Italian forces check their parachutes and mount their transports for their air assault on Malta on June 14th and the British defenders dig in and sight their AA guns, Rommel and Montgomery are planning the final stage of the battle for Cairo for Saturday, July 12th.
It's not too late to get into the game and repeat (or recreate) history!

No, we are actually looking for a third British player! It would keep me from having to sub in that role in addition to trying to GM three separate airborne battles!
Brits are defending the isle of Malta against an Axis air assault. Chuck and Temis are the two Brit players. Chuck is bringing two 1000 point British forces. Time is short, but let us know if you want to just use what Chuck is bringing or try to bring your own. What the Brits can field is pretty limited (no armor, recon for example) so I am not sure if you have the models yet anyway.
We plan to start at 10 AM on Saturday.
We'll be practicing the air assault rules a bit on Friday but I know Friday's are tough for you.

This friday Im hoping to make it. And yeah. with no recon / tanks I'd be hard pressed to field anything of my own. Although if I hurry I "could" have 275 pts of artillery done.. If Chuck doesnt mind, I'd just as well use his pre-made list.

Arg, Just realized while talking to Kate (gf) that we're planning on going to CT for a wedding on the 12th (we'd planned on the whole weekend and extra) ......  Unless its still early enough to move it, I wont be able to make it. Best of luck to the brits though! Tally Ho! -Dee |

Conrad - Any chance you might be willing to let us borrow your Grants for the 12th even though you will not be there? The Brits can use all the tanks they can get!
