Ala Cart, Dominion, Wasabi. were played. before i left.

In the basement Dominion Intrigue was played (firmly confirming to me that the original is just in a completely different category than that set)
Then, after the VT people went home to go to bed, we played Formula D (no VT drivers allowed) on the Hockenheimring in Germany. The course is known as brutal, which Sean experienced when he unsuccesfully pushed his luck in the first corner, but I did not fare much better. I forgot who won, but it was probably Jeff who made sure never to take a corner in higher than 2nd gear, which meant there was never any issue with other cars for him because he wasn't anywhere near them.
Good times.
I am still hoping for another play through of Dungeon Lords, whicch we maybe can play correctly this time because I bought it and am reading through the rules, and I am telling you, we have been playing it like you guys used to play Livingstone!!!! (With 5 overlooked rules and 7 wrong ones)

I barely pulled out the Formula D win (thanks to some other cars having issues). and to the demise of robert, i am a VT driver

I started in last and finished in last. My turquoise strategy didn't work as well as fables would lead one to believe. Aesop must not have been a Nascar fan.
Part of the problem was leaving half my car on the track with my first move. She didn't run right after that.
I did like some of the "Dukes of Hazard" endings with the two front runners.

Sounds like a great time! I can understand why no VT drivers would want to drive with so many out of staters (not too mention out of country!) Any flat landers driving? ;-)
So what about this Wednesday? Any suggestions? I am open to any game. Maybe Elfenland? I will bring Dungeon Lords back Sean! Some people might want to try that again.
