sounds cool, ill have to take some time to see what i can actually do for orks,
lol might actually use my arrow boyz for both. the round bases rank up fine. and maybe with 2 ranks and more firing they will be fine now?

hmmmm dagnabbit i can really put alot of gobbos on the table.
night gobbos, 1 60 gobbo spear, and 2 big units of archers, 1 large regular gobbo spear unit. 3 or 4 gobbo chariots, Grom in his chariot, 24 spider riders. decent sized unit of wolfriders.
numerous fanatics. shammies, bosses.
and thats before i start playing with orcs.

they nerfed thorek pretty bad so i wont be using any special characters.

I would love to get my Lizardmen involved in this. Would we need a painted army?
Is there going to be some sort of organization about when to show up to play a game?

No, painted armies are not required.
I think we are going to be a bit loose on organization since many folks have been through 6 straight months of a set weekly date to show up, make their campaign move, and play. I think folks can post in the forums for opponents. I think that some times will emerge when guys will regularly show up for games.
