So as I was browsing the GW site, I was pleased to see advance orders for the new Orcs and Goblins miniatures. While I am assuming they have more on the way based on their wording, so far they have unveiled the boar boys and river trolls boxed sets.
I am stoked for the boar boys, as $25 for miniatures finally makes it realistic to have a full unit or two.
As for the river trolls, I am not sure what to think about them. Personally, I would have liked to see stone trolls, or maybe a generic troll kit with bits to make them either stone, river, or chaos. I do like the models though, I especially thing the projectile vomit is a good touch. At any rate, 3 trolls for $45 is a much better deal than the current $22 for each.
I am hoping that there are more miniatures to come. I think some plastic squig hoppers would be nice, or maybe plastic warmachines...
