Me (Corey Chamberlin) + 1 (Jess Rebe). We'll be making quite a hike up to Lebanon (>1 1/2 hours), should we call the store to reserve a spot or is this enough to garauntee us a spot?

I also need a clarification on the hiring of DoW. I have recieved information through another store that DoW would be allowed not as an army but could still be hired. I then recieved information this week that they would not be allowed to be fielded in any way and that the armies who were allowed to field giants would be limited to those armies who have "Dogs of War" listed in their army book. I was considering bringing a sizeable force of DoW (500 pts) and would like clarification on this point.
