Upcoming Netrunner tournament dates

Hi all,

I tabulated the votes from the poll and I am announcing the next three Netrunner tournaments. Dates nearing the end of the month seem to get the most votes. So...

Sunday June 30 - Standard Rules
Saturday July 27 - Standard Rules
Sunday August 25 - Standard Rules

That makes a long time between May and June's tournament. I thought about having an extra tournament on Sat June 8th (standard rules). I know it is short notice - any takers?

Please provide very specific details a few weeks in advance for the Highlander format you want to do. I am unfamiliar with this format (although i guess that it'll be only one card of each or something) and will see if it's something i want to do or not

It's too short notice for me for June 8th, as i had to make other plans. Have fun if you do something

Your third date must be for August and not July?

Hi,

I did some research and I think are too many potential problems with Highlander format. I do think that it might work, but I don't want to have us be in the middle of a tournament and realize the format is broken. I am also not as sure now that the Highlander format will be as friendly to new players.

So I have changed July's tournament to be standard. I also fixed the third date to be August.

I would like to try the draft rules on BGG, sometime - but not in a tournament setting. If it works (and is fun) then maybe we will try in a tournament this fall. Anybody interested in helping me pilot this? We can use my cards.
