Is anyone planning on playing this Friday night? I think Will and Jeff M are out drinking that night (or at Huzzah [same thing]).
I wouldn't mind playing against Soviets for practice If Steve or Temis is thinking about playing. I've only had the chance to insult... I mean assault... Soviet troops a few times.

War Wagon.. isn't that a Kubelwagen Field Car?
My Kubelwagen will stay Gone To Ground tonight and Concealed in the garage. It will require a 6 to hit it provided you have line of sight.
Have a great weekend.

Are you stalking me Temis? Lol why would I bother ? to see your reconless TD's destroyed ? In the end I didn't go to Huzzah anyway Temis My tank destroyers did not do to bad. I was leading the allies going into the third round. I played the top axis player in the third round. I ended up second place for the allies and one point behind the top allied general. I needed jeff to take two points away from the winning allied player to win. Jeff dropped a 6-1 decision in the third round. My scores. 4-3 loss round one. 6-1 win second round. 4-3 win third round. My tank destroyers where all killed early in round three. I still managed to pull out a 4-3 win with out them thanks to my reserves coming In and flanking from the rear. Round two, my tank destroyers killed four tigers in turn 2 and the last tiger in turn 3. The player surrendered the game. Will

My reserves came in too late in the game to make a difference. One of my King Tigers was under the weather, and not feeling up to the task of coming out to play, . Being stuck in the woods with continuous failed bogging rolls, will make the crew turn to Schnapps, and not war. As I recall, Mr. Shoemaker's tank destroyers got their collective asses handed to them by an SS company in round 3, and had to be saved by the artillery regiment. Ooh, snap. I won my first round at Huzzah, 6-1. Second round was a draw, I had the lower score against a Soviet tank company, 3-2. And my final round I lost 6-1 against a very skilled American tanker. All in all, a very good convention, and I will most assuredly be attending Huzzah next year.

Then again I also learned I do not have to always pop them early and instead bring them behind my dug in infantry and over watch them. Will

I think playing 1780 points is going to be fun. Since we pretty much have the rules mastered. My Tank destroyers are looking for some German pay back for there poor performance in Round 3 in the Tournament. I am basing and painting my Thunderbolts tonight.
