My crusade to read the rule book this week discovered two interesting rules. The first is concerning my factory buildings. The walls in a factory are impassable, unlike buildings that are very difficult going. Factory walls give concealment and bullet proof cover. Page 30.
So maybe me and Jeff's tank fight in my factory buildings was played right. Jeff and me shot each other from the openings of the factory walls. Jeff shot me from large windows with each sherman pointing his gun at my flanks using the open windows.
The other Interresting read. Heavy guns and immobile guns can only get concealment in terrain. Page 89.

My crusade to read the rule book this week discovered two interesting rules. The first is concerning my factory buildings. The walls in a factory are impassable, unlike buildings that are very difficult going. Factory walls give concealment and bullet proof cover. Page 30. You are oversimplifying what it saids on page 30 . All building give concealment and bullet proof cover. Further while factory walls are impassable factory space and rubble is not. I would suggest that while you you can not move through a factory wall you can move through rubble and/or a doorway and the interior.(but it is very difficult going, take a skill check if a vehicle) Walls give concealment they do not hide, it seems to me that you can see and shoot through them with or without windows. I would be willing to support a house rule that you are hidden if being shoot at through two walls of the same building unless there is a gap(like a window) ;D I would suggest that all you building are not factories before the game begins players shoud discuss which building are factories in same manner that they discuss which hills are rough going and and which bodies of water are rivers and where there may be gaps in Terrain see p42 Also light and medium AA guns however this is refering to digging in during the game. Gun pits still conceal them see page 216. Temis
