Mission two, what if your army doesn't get to deploy any troops?

There is only one possible reason I can think of you wouldn't be able to deploy any troops. And that is if your playing demons. Let me know if there is actually another.
In that case I guess it would be fair to to say the player gets to secretly pick one troop unit arriving first turn. Also you would have to have at least one troop unit in each of your two divided groups.
Edit: God dam poop Tyranid drop pods force you use them too don't they. I'd be super surprised if someone showed up with only Spore mounted troops though. So in that case they and only they are allowed to secretly nominate one of their troop units in reserve to be the carrier assuming they have appropriate models... only because they are terrible.

Ill give you the second one only because guard don't have any good non-vehicle fast attack. But than again what ever you do take there don't give up kill points like other peoples, whose fast attack your going to want to kill anyways because they score and give up victory points.
I don't agree with you on the other two.
Guard infantry can in fact kill things. Just because its not encouraged to kite for one and only one of the missions doesn't mean its bad for guard.
The last one allows scoring heavy support vehicles. Which I think works for guard right?
P.S. Im not trying to be hostile with these rules. I'm just saying I did think about them all together and made them to simply make people people play differently each round.
For the most part I dont see them intentionally hurting armies if you actually play balanced lists.
You can say "If I do exactly this one thing that would be awsome" thats fine but you can do that if we used predetermined book missions just as easliy.

Neither, a statement. The reason I'm not playing the ig is because no one likes facing vendetta's lol.
Also the look on my opponents faces when they realize that the have to kill 60 plague bearers!

I love vendettas! Bring it on! (Other than poofy and I keep not getting paired up against one another) Actually I am lying, it's so easy to fit in a ton of those things at 2k lol. That would be insane without any AA which a good portion of armies have zero efficient access too. And Sisters love Demons! >:3 ~Lights the primary purging tool.~

I hear what you are saying poofy, and I think we will have to put it to the test. How many demons do you think my girls will catch? I personally am going to try my hardest to wait until you are semi grouped up for any reason. Lets assume I catch 5 demons per girl (This is a low amount for me honestly but lets give your play style and experience some credit.) From 4 of my girls. That is 20 hits with half of them wounding. So 10 wounds. I don't know the math behind behind 5++ with re-rolls. That's 4 girls, not counting any anything else in the squad. USUALLY I run 9 girls (4 of them Heavy flamers) and add pimp out the superior and add in the HQ for a +1 to the faith ability going off. DON't get me wrong poofy. I know it's not quite as easy as that, but I don't want you to scoff off the girls until you see them in action. You do however have the upper hand something fierce if I am running sera's instead of Rets. (silly point costs) I expect you to give me one hell of a fight and probably win. Seras vs Plaguebearers = waste of time and Seras dying. S3 vs T5 even with re-roll to wound isn't worth anyone's time. Also I have Saturday off >:3 So RAWR!

It's two rerollable 5++, when you add in feel no pain. On ten wounds, it's about 2 dead.
