L5R Tournament Triple Play Sat July 28th

Triple Play will be hosting a Legend of the Five Rings CCG tournament on Saturday, July 28th. The format is Age of Conquest (Emperor Edition), with cards from all Emperor-legal sets up to and including The Shadow's Embrace, the newest expansion, all legal, including any promos that became legal during that time.

This tournament is just three weeks before GenCon, so we will be allowing good quality The Shadow's Embrace proxies to be used along with any promos that become legal on August 1st. The idea is to give people a chance to try out their GenCon decks ahead of time, so expect tough but friendly competition!

The entry fee is $5, and all money raised will be turned into store credit as part of the prize support. Promo cards will also be given out to all participants, and there will be an extra prize for the highest finishing player taking part in their first tournament.

The tournament begins at 12pm, and should be finished no later than around 6pm. If anyone has any questions, please email me at [e-mail], or contact the store and ask for Sean or Tony. We look forward to seeing you there!

I would love to but I will be spending all weekend unpacking from the big move. Hope to get some games in at some point this year.
