Hey... just checking in with people. We have two options for AT Sunday in July. The first is the actual "first" sunday. With July 4th on our normal Wednesday night Boardgaming...I figured people might be celebrating on that Sunday. They also maybe celebrating on the 8th. What do people think? Which Sunday? or both? Personally maybe both? Not sure I can be there on the 1st, but I am willing to game on the 8th. We have Fortress America for play. I would be willing to run it on July 8th. It handles 4 players. If some one wanted to set up some gaming on the 1st that would be great as well. Any thoughts on dates or games are always welcome! boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/115293/fortress-americaThanks Rod

I thought the 8th was the Descent 2nd edition preview event? Or are we combining that with the Ameritrash event?
It would be fun to play Fortress America again. Also Civ, Eclipse, Rex all sound good.

Look for an announcement on Descent Preview. I believe there will be games of that run on the 8th. But if we get numbers we can also play something else that day. Any of the games Temis or Andy mentioned are great!

Details for Descent Preview event posted! Sorry about the late-ness but there were some details to be ironed out, as that weekend is very, very busy, with the Magic preview event being held as well.
Now go sign up in drones!

Like I said I am unavailable this Sunday (the 1st) I am planning on Sunday the 8th. There will be a Descent preview that day as well. But for those not playing Descent that day, it sounds like we have few games to choose from: Rex, Eclipse, Fortress America or Civilization. Numbers may dictate which game(s) get played.
Hope people get a chance to play this Sunday as well!

I'll be showing up this Sunday (as well as on the 8th).
I would like to give CIV a spin again, but I am up for almost anything.
I will bring a couple two player games as well in case only a few people turn out.

We played Eclipse and it was a blast. It was Temis, Joy, Good Brad, Chuck, Traitor, and me. I would totally be up for playing it again, if not playing Descent.

Hey if you guys played Eclipse Sunday...I would be up for a little Fortress America as well. I believe Carlo and Kristin will be joining us this Sunday. I know that there will be a table of Descent going this Sunday. Age of Renaissance, or Dominant Species might be fun also. I guess it will depend on how many we have....

Game of Thrones has now appeared as a possibility for Sunday?

And Game of Thrones it was! Excellent game...came down to turn 10 with Baratheon and Martel battling it out. Each had their allies (Tyrell with Martel and Lannister with Baratheon) Baratheon took Storms end with her last move....to seal the tight victory. (And Tywin Lannister was named Hand of the Queen!)
