Hi there! On June 9th, my wonderful wife and I will be attending the Montreal L5R Kotei for the second year. This tournament holds a special collection for a local charity, The Old Brewery Mission, collecting clothing to donate to this worthy charity. Last year, over 1800 items were donated, which is a staggering achievement, but this year we'd like to do even better.
So I'm asking if anyone has any old/spare clothes they'd like to donate, especially children's clothing. The clothing needs to be clean and wearable, and obviously underwear isn't acceptable, but other than that, absolutely anything would be more than welcome (some of the clothing received from Shelby's co-workers last year looked like it hadn't seen the light of day in some years!)).
We'll be at Triple Play on Sunday June 3rd, which would be the perfect time for anyone to drop stuff off. Alternatively, drop me a PM or email to daigotsu13 at gmail dot com, and we can work out collection details.
It would be fantastic if we could once again head up across the border with a car full of clothes going to a good cause. Thank you for your time in reading this and for your help!
