Thought about it recently and how a 40k sized version of this could easily be done. (ie, Orks) but couldnt remember the rule set properly. Now its posted online! For all to see! Anyone else interested in seeing this as a full-40k-sized game? -Deewalla

Well, I suppose besides building the two boards. To make a 40k sized version we would need:
3 Yellow Dice
2 Red Dice
1 Black Die
4 Large "6" Vehicles
4 Medium "5" Vehicles
4 Small "4" Vehicles
4 Choppers.
8 Wrecks
As the Wrecks are always in the same spot on the board, that might be something that could be modeled onto the board. I've got The choppers' that came with the Black Reach set, and would donate them. So then the question is, what to get to count as the large, medium, and small vehicles?
The Ork Truck i think would be a great option for the Large. The battlewagon, while looking great, I think would be a touch too big for this. (and $50 a whack aint cheep either) Perhaps the warbikers as the small vehicle. Then that leaves a hole for the medium. The buggy would be first choice, but its an old 3rd ed model and it would look dagnabbit tiny, even compaired to the bikers... Maybe another vehicle that would have to be orkified to count as the medium.
Thoughts?

Thinking about the cost vs use of this endevor, maybe it would be more practical to use some other models. and just have fun painting them up, was thinking of a game ive seen in 3play. Where it sells painted, built technicals and other desert war kinda vehicles.. not sure what its called. Then donating a box full of gun bitz to up gun them, or making them sturdier.. etc etc.. maybe lower priced then a 400$ order sheet from GW... =/

Stopped in the store today (and picked up all my yummy yummy adeptus Mechanicus bits) and found the game I was looking for. Battlefield: Evolution Now to see if its really dead or not....
