So how far along are you with the terrian?

I've got the bulkheads for the small doors all cast up and just finished the mould for the small doors last night. I'll start pouring those tonight, and making a mould for the large doors. I'm going for 8 large and 8 small so we have plenty of sealed rooms/choke points/LOS blockers.
I'm having a hard time coming up with a paint scheme though. I'm looking for something that looks more grimdark spaceship than mideival cathedral (I know those are almost the same.) So I'm open to suggestions from anyone.
I'm looking to start Memorial Day weekend or the week after.

I think I might fully paint up a 1000 point list in preparation for this.

I think 750 is going to be the sweet spot for 3'x3' like I have. Marines could probably fit 1000 points comfortably, whereas orks and IG have so many models that 500 is probably best. I think Eldar and Tau depending on the Unit mix is 750-1000 max. Like I said, I'm doing 750 of Tau just for this.  I'm making some resin bases that look like the floors if you're interested. One of my suggested house rules is that because of board size and FOC limits, vehicles bought in squadrons may be fielded individually. |

Anyone want to get in a few games 400-750 points this saturday between 10 and 1? Not sure if we should use 5th or 6th edition.
