There is a threat on the forum called V3 changes I have not seen mentioned yet Lots of interesting stuff and worth taking a look at in Rules Questions.
For example a 2iC can now make a company Morale check if the 1ic is killed

Yes, definitely worth looking through.
Just randomly skimming the rulebook one can notice subtle changes.
I think we will find many things that have been tweaked.
