35pt lists, second list optional. Character restriction applies (this means that a character model can only be included in one of your two lists. For example: Bane Lord Tartarus could be in one list, but not the second. This rule applies to casters/locks, so you may not play both the prime and epic version of the same named caster!)
Additionally, all lists must be at least a tier 1 theme list!
