To the folks commenting on my other thread, thanks.
I was frustrated, I said my piece, got some agreement, got some people calling me out on what I could have done better. Lesson learned, and so in all sincerity, thank you. Despite the harsh tone taken from time to time (or maybe in part due to it), I do feel that it was a productive dialogue.
I do feel listened to and heard, and I feel that the objections raised were due in large part to my high-handed presentation rather than the message itself. I own it; sorry if I upset you personally.
