So anyone going to be around this week? I plan on showing up (probably with a friend)
1500 point lists like usual?
Do we want to try out a certain scenario or theme? Perhaps the d-day thing since I know there has been talk about playing that sometime soon?

I plan on being there. Probably makes sense to start practicing the d-day thing since we have been talking about a D-Day megabattle at the end of July.
I must admit I have not really looked at that scenario yet. So, lets bring a 1500 point force as a backup and also have a force for the D-Day scenario?

I intend to show up I would like to try the D-Day scenario as either the defender or the attacker(and either Axis or allies). I intend to stop by JoAnn and get some felt of the proper color for the beach and water. I will also bring a couple of 1500 point lists

Ill bring a tank company probably incase I get to attack, and an infantry incase I defend. And my friend's son has a little league game so he won't be showing up. He's wanted to come the last 4-5 weeks just has a hard time finding a chance.

Change in plans. I am staying home tonight. Chance of severe T-storms and we have some potential flooding issues around our house so it will please the wife no end if I am around just in case. Not that I can really do much of anything if it happens, but better that I am there. Have fun.

Was an interesting battle to say the least. I think it was turn 4-5 before there was a single casualty?

More like turn 3 there were a lot of dud shells{i.e. both mike and I saved like mad and missed a bunch of fire power checks) Mike in 1 turn got 5 hits on Panzer 4h's and I saved 4 of them and mike missed a fp check on the one I didn't get and only bailed me. Further we both had Veteran forces and most of the game was fought at long range |
