The Commander Release Event will be held on June 17th. There will be no entry fee but there is a recommendation to purchase one of the Commander Decks. This will be held in place of FNM on June 17th.
Bring your own Commander Deck and we should have some fun. The format will be multi-player chaos games of 3-5 people. When your game ends then you can just get another game going either with your current group or with any other players not currently playing.

I just wanted to confirm that we can run a precon deck or one of our own devising and ask that we get a link to the rules being used, banned list, etc.

Rules and the Banned Restricted List can be found at the following URL mtgcommander.net/rules.phpYou can bring your own EDH/Commander Deck or buy one of the Preconstructed Commander decks for use. Prizes will be given on a first come first serve basis. |

Shooting for a 6pm start, but since this is not a tournament format as people show up games can easily get started.

So, just my luck, I won't be able to make it. I have to take a trip into Boston to do some wedding stuff that weekend. That's just bad luck...
