Okay I think one of the biggest changes is the Look out Sir stuff.
Just for a sanity check, as it is now are all LoS made before any saving throws?
Since they changed the definition of the mixed saves procedure to include characters regardless of save, I can't see a situtation occuring where you wouldn't.

discordian: That was exactly my take on it. It was to avoid the problem of taking a save on a superior save model and then passing it off on a grunt if it was failed. Another interesting thing I noticed is that Dark Eldar can no longer benefit from Eldar psychic powers. So, Ross, no rerollable Vect saves for you!

It actually says that dark eldar don't count as codex eldar so they can't be targeted by the spells, but if a DE IC joins an eldar squad he still arguably gets the benefit from the spell.

For the most part I believe the clarification was done to make the distinction "Dark" Eldar don't count as Eldar units. So you wouldn't be able to fortune a unit of Incubi for example. Attached independent characters is where it gets wierd. Battle Brothers lets you attach a "Dark" Eldar independent character to a unit. Battle brothers also benefit from friendly primary army abilites and psychic powers.
Now the FAQ says
"Q: Do Dark Eldar allies count as Eldar for the Farseer psychic powers Fortune and Guide? (p28) A: No."
I really freakin wish they had just said "Benefit" instead of "Count".
Because Fortune and Guide don't say you have to be eldar to benefit from the power, just a eldar unit. If the FAQ said "benefit" I would agree that Absurdeal Vect wouldn't be able to reroll his saves. But a independet character is considered apart of a unit it's attached to for all purposes and the eldar powers effect the units not eldar.
