Has this been decided yet? I'm trying to figure out if I'm gonna buy WM or 40k next month, and not being able to play in the WM tourney would factor into my decision. The most I can get to would probably be 25 points.

I am good with a 25 point tournament. It is up to Tony though.
I had fun at this weekends 35 point event. Getting more people involved is always good.
