WOW.. looks pretty good. Reminds me a lot of Gears of War, and thats a good thing. They best include online multi player, that would kick some serious ass.
The chaos marines seem like girlybits. Heh, apparently the developers didnt realize they are far more experienced than loyalist marines.
Theres also a 40k fighting game in development to. I have to find linkage and show you. Its supposed to have named characters like Commisar Yarrick, Ghazkull, stuff like that. Sounds like a recipe for disaster.

The fighting game sounds pretty awesome, Ben. I would love to see that. A playable Howling Banshee Exarch would be cool too... Bosses should be an Avatar and Abaddon. Or the Nightbringer...
I haven't seen a decent fighting game in a while. The only ones I've liked since the Tekken Series started to suck was DBZ and that's just because I love the Anime so much.
The Space Marine game looks pretty cool as well. I think the Chaos Marines will be a little tougher in the actual game.
The Voiceover I could have done without. Little redundant at times...

Sure, if you believe they somehow survived for 10,000 years in the incredibly dangerous eye of terror (not to mention surviving the even more dangerous 13 black crusades). This is all while simultaneously not being good enough to be considered for daemonhood. I don't buy the whole "chaos marines r > imperial marines" nonsense. Most of them have to be recruits not much older than the current loyalist marines. Or, in other words: GEEK FIGHT! ;D Game looks cool though :-P It'd be incredibly satisfying to saw an Eldar in half with one of those cinematic shots. |

Thats cool! Looks like a lot of great detail. Tell me how point blank bolter rounds don't kill the traitor guard?

Heh, I remember the THQ game Fire warrior. For some reason it took about 5 pulse rifle shots at point blank range to kill a guardsman. WHAAAAAT?  And what was the point of giving the fire warrior a sword? |
