Heya folks We'll be moving the fortnightly L5R night from Wednesday to Thursday, starting from Thursday March 24th. Hopefully this will allow a few more people to turn up! In order to give a little more structure to the evenings, I'll be running a small tournament each night. We can alternate between constructed and draft depending on what people would prefer. For draft, the cost of entry will be however many boosters we use, but the constructed will be free, and will have prize support and participation cards for all! Players are of course still welcome to come along and get some causal games in, and the tournaments won't be anything too competitive. We'll look at starting the tournaments around 7pm, but I should be around from 6pm (or earlier if Chris can give me a lift  ). Bump ahead of tomorrow night! Hopefully we'll see a few people: I know Chris can't make it, but Shelby and I will be there, and we'll have several decks ready to take people on. As this is our inaugural Thursday night, everybody who plays at least one game will get a FREE CE-15 booster pack! We'll be around from about 6pm, unless anyone is going through Bradford earlier than that and wants to give me a lift in  Looking forward to flopping some cards! Cheers Mark |

Heya folks
We will hopefully be gathering on Thursday to play some The Dead of Winter draft. I won't know for definite if I'll be able to make it until I get my work schedule tomorrow, but I'll keep people informed!
Assuming there are no problems, we'll be looking to start at 6.30pm. We'll draft a minimum of 4 The Dead of Winter boosters, or more if people want to. All the rares will go back in and be chosen from at the end of the tournament based on final standings: this ensures a good distribution of the best rares, because even if you finish last, you still get to choose before the winner gets their second pick.

I won't be around this week due largely to my wife arranging a trip to Fenway Park...In two week's time, we should be able to run a Before the Dawn draft, as the set should be out next week.
Waiting on word back from Chris regarding his availability to run a sealed deck release event, but you should pencil in Sunday 22nd May, as this is the likely date.
