It's highly recommended (and may soon be required here, as it would be at most tournaments) that you paint an arc on your bases. This allows for a clear method of marking the 180 degree front arc, and back arc. Here is a template for them. Simply print them out and use them to figure out exact 180 degree arcs for your bases. jubei.ceyah.org:8081/~jandrese/youngwolf7/Effects/WM_FrontArc.pdfIf you have fully painted models, you might as well go ahead and arc them up. Some people paint the entire arc, some simply put lines on the bases to indicate.

As an aside, since we both have the same 'model overflowing the base problem' it might be useful to cut a set of these out- then we could slid them under the base to show the 'true' front arc if we have to move the models around to allow them to get close enough.
