IF it is OK with the store.
We were discussing the possibility of a store library, where it it cost you a certain amount of books and a monthly fee to be a member.
Is it possible to do at Tripleplay, and is anyone interested?

Are you talking a library for books? Or for games? Seems like books....now that I read your post closer.....

I would not be interested in either a book or game library. I really prefer having my own copies.
Now, what problem are you trying to solve? How often do you find yourself, or anyone else, without a book that you need and don't have, but are not willing to buy? Hmm, maybe in roleplaying games. But in miniature games, don't you just want to (and need to) own your own copy of the ruleset?
