Roughly 24 hours from now is when we'll all be gathered for this event. I'm wicked excited.
It's looking like we're going to have 20+ participants, so this will be pretty big and pretty awesome.
If you guys are still feeling it after the tournament, you're more than welcome to stick around afterwords for some open gaming. Our gaming club has its' meeting that night from 7 to midnight, so you all are more than welcome to partake.
Hell, bring WarmaHordes stuff if you feel so inclined. I know a few of us guys will be rocking that when we are able to.

Fantastic! Glad to hear that. The only thing I need to pass on to you guys at this point are parking passes. When you arrive, I'll have them for you. They tell you where you can park and will prevent ticketing/towing. The parking control here sucks.

Dustin, what's your number in case we something weird happens or we get lost or whatever? Posted so the world can see it, (603)817-6466. Also, we should only need a table or so worth of terrain. We've managed to set up 9 well stocked tables ;D

Thanks to the plymouth guys for putting on a great tournament. All of us Triple Play guys had a blast. We appreciated you starting on time and the timed rounds. You were very well organized especially for your first time running it. Its not as easy as it seems.
I had to play my best to pull of a win in my last game and the tournament. You couldn't lose a scoring unit as the secondary objective. It was very difficult to get full points in that one.
My Games: Game 1: Chaos vs. Blood angels (mixed mech and ASM with 2 libbies) Game went my way is all I can say. I tabled him turn 4.
Game 2: Chaos vs. Tyranids (2 Primes, tervigons and outflanking GS) Game went my way is all I can say. I tabled him turn 4.
Game 3 Chaos vs Tyranids (Tyranid deathstar) He did have 40 points going into the match. I ignored the deathstar. I ended up winning the game with the loss of a rhino and a defiler and keeping all my scoring units. Yay to withdrawing beserkers!
A first place finish for chaos... Lorgar is pleased;)
I got very lucky as Nids struggle with my army. Double lash is still cheese no matter if the interwebs tell you how it is really not all that great anymore. However I think its my best bet to make it to the finals at adepticon with chaos. I must say though it really was the oblits that won me games. My summoned greater daemon actually killed stuff! Its staying!!!!

Lash Prince Lash Prince Summoned Greater Daemon CSM 2 meltas, IGG, aspiring Champion and a rhino CSM 2 meltas, ICG, aspiring Champion with a fist and a rhino 8 Beserkers with a fist and a rhino Defiler 3 Oblits 3 Oblits
Daemon ideally comes through the champion with no fist. However I am not afraid to sacrifice a powerfist if it is critical to the mission or game. I did it in my second game to kill a trygon. As a general rule I play the lashes not to bunch up for templates but to allow and disallow charges or to force a difficult/dangeous terrain test. I feel that is the power of lash. Lash is new to me, but people have been doing lash for a long time now so I suppose this is nothing new.

Thanks again to the PSU gaming club for putting on a blast of a tournament! Despite our gripes (which weren't that big of a deal in the end), we all had a great time. Looking forward to EconoCon!

I'm wicked glad to hear you all had a good time! We've taken some good notes about what went well and what didn't and are going to be applying that to future tournaments. Thanks for coming out, I hope we can have future gatherings like that in the future. (Think team tourney!)
I'm looking forward to the WarmaHordes and 40k tournament you guys are planning!
