The Green Mountain Gamers come to the Granite City this January. Get out of the house — or take a break from the ski slopes — and get to the winter Green Mountain Game Day for some tabletop action! Date: January 8th, 2011, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Location: Good Shepherd Church, Washington Street, Barre, Vermont. Suggested Donation: $5. Half of the donations made at the front door will go to Good Shepherd Church’s charity of choice. Green Mountain Game Days are open play events for all kinds of games, from the latest Eurogames to role-playing adventures, with miniatures, CCGs and everything else in the tabletop game spectrum. For more information, visit the Green Mountain Gamers website.

Thanks Tyler for posting this information. I am planning on going up. I was thinking we could get a carpool list going for the Upper Valley. I think we should meet at Triple Play and head up in as few cars as possible. Anyone else interested? Rod

That sounds like a hell of a lot of fun. Is there a definite for car pooling?

I am sure there will be a car pool of some sort going from the Upper Valley. I plan on driving up. If people want to post here whether they would be interested in carpooling and if they could drive. Meet at Triple Play....
Right now it looks like:
Rod (me) - drive Antholin Tony (?)

I would like a ride up there if I could. What time should people show up to Triple Play?

I plan to be at Triple Play at 8:30am. Move out at 8:45. Right now I have room for three in my car. My plans are to stay for the duration right now. (10pm) This all could change...subject to weather and kids! Rod

Just a reminder that tomorrow I will be at Triple Play at 8:30-8:45am to head up to Winter Wierdness. Brad is riding with me...so I have room for two more. I plan on staying until the end...10pm. Barre is only 40 minutes up 89. So if you want a ride post here or show up and hope I still have room.... I will check here for the last time early tomorrow morning...(7:30am) before I head out. Thanks Rod

I'll be there tomorrow morning to carpool with you Rod -- sorry for the late notice! I'll be there at 8:30, and staying until the end is great.
