Note that vehicles moving flat out only have the passengers killed if it is destroyed in the player turn it moved flat out. How would this work with ramshackle? There is some debate on BLS about this.
Also my daemon princes can now deepstrike suckas!

Ramshackle takes precedence, as does the entire ork damage chart. Codex > Rulebook, remember. I'm so happy they finally FAQed this: Usually people accepted my "roll x dice and take the highest (where x = number of explodes results)" compromise, but I'm glad that they FAQed it so that RAW matched the RAI. Oh and Devin: Just in time for the new codex

No! I can't ram my raiders 36" into vehicles and then have the models forced out when the raider is destroyed charge. Because that's all this does.

Why not? They can still make a full move of 12 (13 with red paint job). Battlewagons arent Fast.

My comment was regarding how under the old dex (and FAQ) you were not allowed to ram using the tank shock upgrade and pointing out the irony of this blanket clarification coming out mere weeks after you've received a new 'dex. Though maybe I'm completely misremembering your complaints regarding the old deldar faq.

I got that, Droofus, this was mostly just a general reaction to head off the first person who misunderstands this thing and tries to kill off my whole squad when he shoots down a flat out raider.

Ah yes. There is that. When GW says "turn" they really mean "player turn". Right there in the rulebook. Such a clever way to save on book size. And yes, regarding your army I don't imagine you'll be ramming or tank shocking anything until the passengers get out.

Especially when I don't buy the tank shocking upgrade anymore. Although it is quite nice for ramming.

Mark,
There is a FAQ on last page that says that units in reserves cannot cast spells that effect their unit.
