Just a clarification on the bonuses gained from donating extra cans, because I get the feeling some people think it's a tier system.
You may take each option once for every amount of listed cans.
EXAMPLE: I play Orks, and I want to take 300 extra points and a stompa (super-heavy vehicle) and an Imperial Guard tank.
I would need to donate the following: 3 Cans for the super heavy 4 cans for the extra points (2 for 150pts, then 2 for 150pts) 1 can for a unit from another codex
For a total of 8 cans in addition to my basic entry fee.

Yeah, those Lords of Battle datasheets look good. I would allow anything on there if you have suitable models for it.
Another thing I need to mention for this event: If you donate 3 cans for a super heavy or 1 can for a unit from another codex THEY COUNT TOWARDS YOUR BASIC POINT TOTAL. You don't get a free Baneblade for 3 cans, its part of your 1850.

Do packs of ramen and other non-perishables count, or do you specifically want cans? By Apoc datasheet, do you mean formation or do you gave to pay 3 cans for a super-heavy and then 1 more to use its datasheet?
If a formation gives you assets, are those free or do you also need to pay cans?

You don't have to pay extra for the formation that a super heavy comes in. And if a datasheet formation has an asset included, then its free.
Cans would be preferred.

Tony,
I got 36 cans, so the way I figure it frees me up to have a little fun. I probbably wont use all the points available to me but what the heck.

Wow Rob! If you get a flat on the way up at least you can live off that for a year or so.
