I am fine with either option. If you don't want to move the date then we can post a few weeks before the next game and ask for a proxy. I'm sure we'll find someone.

If we can find a date right around the date that we need to cancel then it's fine, but Rod is already out the week before or after. But we all get together Sunday, so lets discuss it then.

Hey all,
Robert, Rod, and I talked on Wednesday about our next play time. I believe we had talked last month about the following options:
1) Playing on December 5th
2) Playing on a Friday night
3) Having someone substitute for Jeff on Dec 19th.
Sorry I kind of dropped the ball with the communication. I'm assuming Dec 5th is out since it is only two days away - unless everyone can agree within the next 24 hours?
What about meeting on a Friday like the 10th or the 17th? (I forget which days were available for people)
Lastly the "default" option is we play on the 19th and get someone to fill in for Jeff. Chuck is possibly available - I'm sure we could get someone to fill in.
I'm ok with any option provided the boss gives it the ok - since I can sink your boats and kill your yetis and familiar's any day.
Thoughts?

Okay...on the 19th we will have company. There is L5R Tournament on that Sunday. I have spoken to Mark and they will be fine using the downstairs. So we will be upstairs.
Seems like this Sunday might be a little tight. And with Friday night Magic taking off...I doubt there would be room for us on a Friday night.
I believe we stay on the 19th and ask Chuck(or whomever we choose) to fill in for Jeff. Like Robert said, there will be times all of us may have to miss a session.
