Hello there, Newbie here, well I havn't played since Rogue Trader back in 87/88? (I was shocked to learn of the fate of the squats!) But I'm looking to get into 40K(althogh the painting aspect looks a bit daunting). I stopped by the store the other day, talked to Sean for a bit, seems like a nice laid back place to me. I havn't invested in an army yet, but thinking about hanging out for a game or two, meeting some peeps and maybe picking a up some advice? Anyways just wanted to introduce myself. Also wondering what a good newb army would be?

Theres usually a few ppl playing wednesday night. if you like come by wednesday night or sometime on the weekend. My name is Ben, one of the store owners, I am always ther wednesday night. We can get a game in if you like.
Most ppl getting back into the game go with Space Marines. As always they are easy to play and forgiving of mistakes.

Sounds cool, Wednesday nights should be good with me, about what time do people show up/play untill? I do like the SM's, but it seems like everyone plays them. IG looks really cool also, but would probably cost me a fortune to buy into them. I like CSM and orks too, man sucks I can afford to only play one army!

Most of the action begins 530 -6 pm. All different minis games.
CSM is a cool choice, they just got a new book and some nice models.
