Addition and Subtraction before after Multiplication (and division but I can't think of anywhere that comes up).
So your example would be 6 7.
Although set modifiers trump all so if you enfeebled a space marine unit their powerfist and thunderhammer would be 6 7, but if it happens to be Lysander who has a "str 10" thunderhammer he would still strike at 10.
Set modifiers that conflict roll off.
edit: HAPRER SCREECH is a division! I knew there had to be one.
edit: I must have been temporarrily dumb I knew the right answer then proceeded to post the exact opposite.

It is actually kind of annoying to figure out when I had to first looked it up only using the book.
The asnwer is no. Only because you can only expend a warp counter, token, or whatever it is in your own turn unless you are specifically told you can otherwise. Theres a blurb in the main rule faq on page 3 thats says as much, but not why you can't.

Here's a noob question I've got since I'm not entirely familiar with all the 6th ed shennanigans.
If I have an XV-8-2 commander with 2 drones and vectored retro thrusters join a 3 man XV-15 stealth suit squad, the following goofiness occurs:
1) The commander and her drones don't gain infiltrate or outflank 2) The commander and her drones gain stealth and shrouded (or whatever the stealth field cover save is) 3) The squad majority toughness becomes T4 4) The stealth suit squad gains hit and run. 5) The drones auto pass any "look out, sir" checks for the commander.
Did I get all that right?

1. Yes 2. Yes 3. Yes 4. Yes 5. ? I know bodyguards get "sworn protector", but I don't see drones getting it unless your attached to a bodyguard unit in which case the rule carries over. Is it hidden somewhere?

No I didn't see it either. It would've made sense though, especially in the case of shield drones.
One final question. Army builder is restricting CIB and AFP to just the first XV-8 in a crisis team, but I don't see any such restrictions in the codex. Did I miss something there or is that just an Army Builder glitch?

Yeah only if the unit is a bodyguard or a stealth suit team with Shadow sun attached does the auto pass look out sirs happen. But drones can autopass it too not just the suits, they just have to be the closest.
Those two guns are one per army each, there special.
