Just a reminder to all to bring a couple copies of your list as well as any relevant codices. Everyone should also make an effort to bring their 6th ed rulebooks, as I feel that we'll be spending some time looking up rules.
See you all at ten!

Are headless marines alright?
Everything else is WYSIWYG but apparnelty germany takes longer than two weeks on shipping me custom heads.
If no its not to much of a problem Ill just field my normal stuff instead.

Otherwise it can be the Sleepy Hollow Chapter.

Don't know if he is on the boards much...
Thanks all for a solid, fun tournament.

Congrats Jeremy for a well deserved win! And to Damien for racking up 30 victory points and taking second. James (who is also known as Hashmark on the boards) rounded out the prize winners with his ice-blue tau.

Great game everyone. It was fun playing you Jeremy and Damian even if you did both push me out of the winners circle. One minor nag. Next time if we're going to keep a odd number of objectives can they be evenly distributed somehow. I know its a part of 6th but I'm not a fan of who ever goes first and gets pick deployment side first then getting to place the higher number of objectives where they want.

Thanks for the name Drew Chris I am pretty sure you place objectives before you choose table sides. Check the book bro. I am pretty sure it says it though because James and I read from the book that you had to place objectives first. However, we were really hot and tired by that point and may have read that wrong.

Oh wow I think we all missed something entirely, or no one told me. There is in fact now a roll off to see which table half you have and then a roll off to determine who deploys and goes first. Terrain and objective setup happens in between.
So you are right you deploy objectives before you find out who goes first. But the person who won deployment half still gets to determine where a majority of the objectives go.
Not as bad as I thought, but still I'd prefer evenly distributed.
edit: look at the bottom of page 118. Skip to the top of 121, then the the second paragraph in the deploy forces section on the same page.
