Sorry, but due to the snowstorm Sunday I will not be coming up for the tournament. Now I have to call Devin to give him the bad news since he was riding up with me.

Well, if we could take DROP PODS then maybe.....
On the other hand, I should put the dozer blades on those rhinos.

Latest forecast says between 5-8 inches daytime and then another 5-8 inches Sunday evening into Monday. I think it's time to put that all wheel drive Subaru to good use

What? No!
They'll have the Freeways clear!
You're not driving a covered wagon for the love of mike!
Pull one of your Commisars out of the case, look him in the eye and tell him you aren't going to do the Emperor's Work because there's a few snowflakes!

During the clean up I found a small leather dice bag. I put it in my comic box, so if it's your go ahead and claim it.

1850 Point tournaments are the awesomeness!
Is this trend going to continue?

I think so. I feel that at the 1850 point level if gives players some flexibility with the armies. Anyone else have an opinion/preference regarding this?

I think 1850 is OK... The only concern that I have is time limits! Other than that its fine.

Well, we also didn't start until 11ish... Maybe if we start the 1850 tournaments around 10 or so? It would give us a little more time for our games. Not that it matters when both of my games end on turn 5. Curses!

Tom - The Emperor does have a sense of irony and payback. I wimped out of the tournament because of the (belated) snowstorm and ended up pulling a muscle in my neck shoveling snow (which I would not have been doing had I been at the store playing 40k).
